These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this site and any orders you place with Bargain Hunt Furniture & Appliances. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order.

Pricing and availability

Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we send a confirmation email and (where applicable) reserve inventory. We may decline or cancel any order for any lawful reason — including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

Payment

Pickup and delivery

Fulfillment terms — including delivery zones, scheduling windows, and pickup hours — are described in our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, time limits, restocking fees, and refund timing are described in our Return Policy. By placing an order you agree to those terms.

Warranty

Used appliances are covered by our store warranty as listed on the product page (typically 7 days from pickup or delivery, unless an extended warranty was purchased). New items carry the manufacturer's warranty. Furniture and items sold "as-is" or "scratch-and-dent" are not covered by a return or replacement warranty unless explicitly stated.

Use of the site

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bargain Hunt Furniture & Appliances, its owners, and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before bringing any formal claim, please contact us first at support@evansvillefurniture.com so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Any unresolved dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
