Damaged or defective on arrival
If an item arrives damaged or doesn't work on first use, contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Take photos if possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Used appliances — store warranty
Used appliances are covered by our store warranty for 7 days from pickup or delivery, unless an extended warranty was purchased at checkout. Within the warranty period we will repair or replace the appliance at no charge if it stops working under normal household use. The warranty does not cover misuse, damage from improper installation, or cosmetic wear disclosed at the time of sale.
Standard returns
- Return window: 7 days from pickup or delivery.
- Eligible: items in the same condition you received them, with all original parts and accessories.
- Restocking fee: a 15% restocking fee may apply on returned items, deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping/pickup: for items we delivered, a pickup fee may apply.
Non-returnable items
- Mattresses, pillows, and other items marked "final sale" or sold for hygiene reasons.
- Items sold "as-is" or "scratch-and-dent".
- Special-order or custom-ordered items.
- Items damaged after you took possession that aren't covered by warranty.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Online card payments — including the card processing fee paid at checkout — are refunded to the card used. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- In-person payments (cash, Zelle, in-store card) are refunded the same way they were paid.
